How do I place an order on Vilboa?

Simply add the desired products to your cart, confirm your order, and then proceed to secure payment. You will then receive a confirmation email summarizing your order.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been validated?

Shipping and delivery

What are the delivery times?

The average delivery times are:

  • Order preparation: 1 to 3 business days
  • Delivery in France: 6 to 9 business days
  • Delivery in Europe: 7 to 12 business days

These delivery times may vary slightly depending on the carrier.

How much does delivery cost?

In France, delivery costs €2.90 and is free for orders over €29 .
In Europe, delivery costs vary depending on the destination and are indicated at the time of ordering.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email (and sometimes a WhatsApp message) with a tracking link or number as soon as your order is shipped. If you have any questions, you can contact us for further information.

What should I do if my parcel is late or appears to be lost?

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be stuck, please email us at contact@vilboa.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and find a solution (reshipment or refund).

Returns and refunds

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes, you have a legal period of 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided that the product is:

  • Not used and not installed
  • In perfect condition
  • In its complete original packaging
Who pays the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (defective or incorrect product, or proven anomaly). In this case, we will cover the costs.

What is the refund processing time after a return?

Once the returned product has been received and verified, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days , via the same payment method used for the order.

What should I do if the product I received is defective or damaged?

Contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) with photos of the product and packaging. If the defect is confirmed, we will proceed with a replacement or a refund, with return shipping costs covered.

Yes, your payments are processed through secure solutions (SSL, PCI-DSS, 3D Secure). Vilboa never has access to your full bank details.
